FAQ

What is PittsburghPass?
PittsburghPass is Pittsburgh’s first exclusive SUMMER PASS to all of our city’s greatest attractions! For one LOW price, receive a one-time admission to some or all of the following venues: Kennywood, Sandcastle Water Park, Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium, Carnegie Science Center and The Children’s Museum! FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!

At what age are children free?
Children under 2 years old are free. However, the Pittsburgh Zoo and Children’s Museum only provide free admission to children “under 24 months of age;” if you have a child between the ages of 24-35 months (2-3 years old) you may purchase the Toddler-Ticket-Add-On for these two venues at a discounted rate of $22.99.  All children ages 3 and older do require a full-priced PittsburghPass to gain admission to all venues.

Is there a separate price for children?
No, every PittsburghPass is $89.99 for the Staycation or $39.95 for the Mini-Staycation, regardless of adult or child status.  The really cool part about this is that these rates are the same or LESS than what a child would pay at the gate!

Is my PittsburghPass transferable?
Yes! If you cannot make it to one of the venues included in the PittsburghPass, then you can share that admission ticket with a friend (it may even make a great gift)!  Additionally, if you already have a yearly membership to one of the five venues included in the PittsburghPass, no problem; you can also share or gift that particular PittsburghPass admission ticket with a friend (or invite grandma to your next outing)!

How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping is included in this year’s PittsburghPASS! We also provide tracking information with your shipment to ensure security and peace-of-mind until the big day: PittsburghPass delivery day!  We also diligently process your PittsburghPasses so that you are SURE to receive them in time for the official start of summer!  With regular adult admission to all five venues costing $130.93, your PittsburghPass will save you a lot of money this summer.

How long is the 2017 PittsburghPass valid?
Your passes will be shipped to you in May, 2017. The PittsburghPass is valid through the 2017 summer season, ending August 31, 2017. BONUS: Some venues included in this year’s PittsburghPass are offering extended admission seasons, which are as follows:

What are blackout dates?
